와장고 개인정보 처리방침

와장고("이하 본 앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 마련하고 있습니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

본 앱은 회원가입이 없으며, 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보(이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치 등)를 별도로 수집하지 않습니다.

본 앱이 다루는 모든 와인 기록(이름, 가격, 평점, 한줄평, 사진)은 사용자 기기 내부 저장소(SQLite, 사진 폴더)에만 저장되며, 와장고 서버에 전송되거나 저장되지 않습니다.

2. 카메라 / 사진 보관함 권한

영수증 또는 와인 사진을 촬영·첨부하기 위해 카메라와 사진 보관함 접근 권한을 요청합니다. 사용자가 직접 선택한 사진만 처리되며, 사진을 자동으로 업로드하거나 분석하지 않습니다.

3. 영수증 OCR 처리

영수증 사진에서 와인 항목을 추출하기 위해 사용자가 명시적으로 "영수증 촬영" 기능을 사용한 경우에 한해 다음 처리 흐름이 발생합니다.

앱이 사진을 base64 로 인코딩해 와장고 운영자가 운영하는 Cloudflare Workers 프록시로 전송합니다.
프록시는 사진을 OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) 의 비전 LLM 모델로 전달해 와인 품목과 가격만 JSON 으로 추출합니다.
프록시와 OpenRouter 모두 영수증 이미지를 영구 저장하지 않습니다. 프록시 인스턴스는 응답 후 메모리에서 즉시 폐기하며 디스크에 기록하지 않습니다.

4. 광고 (Google AdMob)

본 앱은 무료 운영을 위해 Google AdMob 의 배너 광고를 표시합니다. iOS 14.5 이상에서는 앱 추적 투명성(App Tracking Transparency, ATT) 동의를 받습니다.

동의: 더 적절한 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다.
거부: 광고는 계속 표시되며 추적 식별자가 사용되지 않습니다.

5. 정보 보유 및 삭제

와인 기록과 사진: 사용자 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
영수증 분석 요청 본문: 처리 후 즉시 폐기되며 운영자는 보관하지 않습니다.

6. 제3자 제공

법령에 따른 요청 또는 사용자가 명시적으로 요청한 경우 외에는 제3자에게 정보를 제공하지 않습니다. OpenRouter 와 Google AdMob 은 위탁 처리 수단이며 사용자의 개인정보를 별도로 보유하지 않습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 17세 이상을 대상으로 합니다 (와인은 주류 항목). 만 13세 미만 아동의 정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 정책 변경

정책이 변경될 경우 본 페이지의 최종 업데이트 날짜를 갱신해 안내합니다.

This Privacy Policy describes how the Wajango app ("the App") handles user information.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require sign-up and does not collect personally identifying information (name, email, phone number, precise location, etc.).

All wine records (name, price, rating, comment, photo) are stored only on the user's device (SQLite + local photo folder). They are never sent to or stored on a Wajango server.

2. Camera / Photo Library Permissions

The App requests camera and photo library access to let the user attach receipt or wine photos. Only photos explicitly selected by the user are processed; nothing is uploaded automatically.

3. Receipt OCR

When the user explicitly invokes "Scan Receipt", the following happens:

The App base64-encodes the image and sends it to a Cloudflare Workers proxy operated by the developer.
The proxy forwards the image to OpenRouter (openrouter.ai), a vision LLM aggregator, to extract only wine items and prices as JSON.
Neither the proxy nor OpenRouter persists the receipt image. The proxy holds the request only in memory for the duration of the call and writes nothing to disk.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows banner ads via Google AdMob to remain free. On iOS 14.5+ the App requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent.

If allowed: more relevant ads may be shown.
If denied: ads are still shown but no tracking identifier is used.

5. Retention and Deletion

Wine records and photos: stored locally only. Removed when the App is uninstalled.
Receipt analysis payloads: discarded immediately after the response is returned.

6. Third Parties

We do not share user information with third parties except as required by law or as explicitly initiated by the user. OpenRouter and Google AdMob are processors as described above and do not retain user-identifying data on our behalf.

7. Children

The App targets users aged 17+ (alcohol-related). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the "Last updated" date above.
